You are qualifying on the University criteria (i.e., your. aggregate marks should be more than 50 or 60%). Surely you will get admission even after reappearing 1 subject. Assuming you are having valid score in entrance exam.

Normally the Hostel fees / Tution Fees are non refundable.
But If the Classes have not yet started there is a chance you might get some amount refunded if not full. And that too after requesting for refund in writing.

For B.TECH CS - requirement is PCM in class 12th.
For BCA - 12th with minimum 50% marks in total (any stream) and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.
