Dear Ashish,
All colleges are good but Galgotias is the best because it provides good placement every year along with high placement package for CSE branch. Moreover, after Galgotias, DIT is also considered to be a good college in Uttarakhand.

DIT is a good college for CS and IT branch as it provides highest placement every year, moreover, if you get admission then you will have option to sit in pool campus conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University.
