Some hostels are 50 years old. Some are just 10 years old. No ragging. The mess food is not that bad, but you will eventually get bored of it very soon.

You are required to fill up the form for JEE Mains online whenever it comes (mostly towards the end of this year).
Clearing of JEE Mains will fetch you a chance to sit for JEE Advanced for which you need to register separately.
JEE Mains will give you admission to all engineering government colleges in India apart from IIT's. For IIT you require to clear JEE Advanced.

Hi Yogendra,
For IIT-Delhi, you need a really good rank, which should be less than 2500. For this, you need a score more than 180 marks in JEE Advanced.
All the best.

It can not be assumed as it will depend on the number of candidates and the level of questions.

The recruitment procedure depends mostly on the interview you give and the technical skills and knowledge you possess. However, your CGPA in IIT helps you in getting to the interview as in the per-interview selection candidates with low CGPA are mostly screened out.

IIT-Delhi admits through JEE Advance score, not JEE Mains, but you need to get through Mains to sit for Advance and to get admission in IIT-Delhi you need to be amongst top 200-300 students in JEE Advance.

No, IIT's give admission solely on the basis of JEE advanced rank.
However, you can apply to other government as well as some non-government colleges with the JEE Mains rank.

Chances are really bleak looking at the past trends. If you have reservation then too it is a long shot.
