There is no cut off for admissions in DMS, IIT Delhi. A cumulative score is used for the selection process which is determined taking into consideration the CAT score, marks of 10th class, 12th class, graduation, other academic qualifications

Hi. The admissions take place only through the CAT score hence it is not possible to take admission without CAT.

Revise the notes thoroughly and improve on your weak areas.Get a rank in top 100(for CS) or rank till 2000(for Eng .Physics) and you will get IITD.

There is no point giving a false hope. I would suggest start looking for admission in premier private universities like BITS, MU and Lovely Professional University etc.
Taking a drop would not be a logical step as gap year affects your career
