Hello! For M.Tech admissions at IIT Delhi, your 12th marks generally do not play a direct role. The main factors that matter for admission to M.Tech are:GATE Score: A valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score is the primary criterion for admission to M.Tech programs at IIT Delhi.B.Tech or Equivalent Degree: You must have completed a B.Tech or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum required percentage (usually 60% or CGPA 6.0/10).Shortlisting and Interview: For some branches, you may also need to clear an interview round after shortlisting based on your GATE score.Your 12th marks are not a deciding factor here; however, they may be considered for eligibility to ensure that you meet the minimum educational qualifications.Best of luck with your preparations for GATE!

The minimum rank needed for admission to IIT Delhi varies by course, year, and other factors. For the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme, the typical JEE Advanced rank required is between 90 and 1201, influenced by applicant numbers, exam difficulty, and seat availability. For the CAT exam, a qualifying percentile of 90 is required, but the cutoff for a Personal Interview (PI) call is usually around 98. Additionally, the opening and closing ranks differ based on candidate categories and quotas, such as differences between female candidates and the general category.

Indeed, IIT Delhi offers dorm accommodations for both male and female students. There are 13 hostels in all, including two for girls and eleven for guys. Common areas, dining facilities, and Wi-Fi are among the basic features offered by the hostels. The kind of lodging and the particular programme determine the pricing schedule. Hostel fees for undergraduate studies are roughly INR 10,500 per semester for MTech, MS (R), and MDes students, and INR 8,000 per semester for MSc students. Due to capacity limitations, the majority of accommodations are shared, and students are urged to apply as soon as possible to guarantee a spot. Although living in a hostel is an option, it is not required; students are free to live off campus if they so choose. Check out the official IIT Delhi website.

As of December 2024, IIT Delhi's Department of Management Studies (DMS) requires MBA applicants to have at least 60% in their undergraduate degree. Additionally, a valid CAT score is required for consideration. While DMS does not publicly release precise CAT cutoffs, competitive applicants often have percentiles greater than 97%. However, meeting these criteria does not ensure admission, as the selection process takes into account aspects such as job experience, academic background, and performance in group discussions and personal interviews.
