{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here's what we've summarized:Pros:* Good Infrastructure: The college has a large campus with modern amenities, including labs, classrooms, libraries, and hostels. The hostel facilities are considered good, with separate blocks for boys and girls.* Experienced Faculties: Teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful, with a focus on practical-based learning.* Industry Exposure: Internship opportunities are available, and almost every student gets an internship in 4-star to 5-star hotels.* Placements: Almost 98% of students get placed, with packages ranging from INR10,000 to INR50,000 per month. Top recruiters include Oberoi, Taj, Starwoods, and Hyatt.* Campus Life: Events such as food festivals, sports tournaments, and cultural activities are organized regularly, creating a lively atmosphere on campus.Cons:* Wardens and Food Quality: Some students find the hostel wardens uncooperative, and the food quality is considered average.* Limited Medical Facilities: Medical facilities are limited, and students need to visit nearby hospitals for medical assistance.Overall, IHM Bhubaneswar seems to offer a good blend of theoretical and practical education, along with decent infrastructure and industry exposure. However, it's essential to consider individual preferences and expectations before making a decision.
