Yes, admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main/ KEE score. KEE or Karunya Entrance Examination conducted every year for admission to UG courses of Engineering, Agriculture, Biosciences, Criminology, Management, Media, Design, Nursing, Health science, Data Science, Forensic Science, Commerce, Nanoscience, Optometry. The exam is conducted in online mode. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants must not be over 21 years of age as on July 1 of the admission year. Admission to the BSc course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or PCB or PCMB or Agriculture with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc (Hons) course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent under vocational stream and studied Biology and Agricultural Practices as Vocational Subjects including theory and practical with 50% aggregate can also apply.
