No, you cannot give KIIT phase 3 if you have only registered for KIIT phase 2. According to the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) website, candidates who have registered for KIITEE phase 1 or 2 are not eligible to appear for KIITEE phase 3. If you are unable to give the KIIT phase 2 exam, you will need to apply for a refund of your application fee. You can do this by logging into your KIITEE account and submitting a refund request. You can also apply for admission to KIIT through other means, such as through the KIIT Direct Admission Process (DAP). The DAP is a process that allows students to apply for admission to KIIT without taking the KIITEE exam. To apply for the DAP, you will need to submit your 10+2 marks, your Class 12 board exam Certificate and a recent passport-size photograph. You will also need to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000. The application deadline for the DAP is July 31, 2023. I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

In the KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Examination), the admissions process may vary depending on the policies and guidelines set by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University. It's best to refer to the official information provided by the university or contact their admissions office for the most accurate and up-to-date details. Typically, in multi-phase entrance exams, the percentile obtained in each phase is considered independently for the purpose of admissions. This means that if you get a higher percentile in Phase 1 compared to Phase 2, it's more likely that your Phase 1 percentile will be considered for admission. However, the final decision would ultimately depend on the specific rules and regulations set by KIIT University. It's always recommended to check with the university directly for the most accurate information regarding their admissions process and the weightage given to different phases of the exam.
