The University attracted over 287 recruiters for its 2025 placement session who offered a variety of job roles to the students across sectors, such as BFSI, IT, Education, FMCG, Consulting, and E-Commerce, etc. The top recruiters of Manipal University in 2025 included Ericsson, EY, Oracle, Flipkart, Adobe, Philips, Adani Group, Amazon, IBM, Samsung, SAP Labs, BOSCH India, Boeing, L&T, Cisco, Cipla, Microsoft, etc. These recruiters placed students in various sectors and offered new-age job profiles.

Manipal University is well known for its BTech placements. It offers good placements every year for BTech course, especially the CSE branch. The course-wise placement details are yet to be released on the offcial website. The placements are ongoing for the academic year 2024-2025. The course-wise placement percentage is yet to be released on  the official website. Candidates were able to check the list of MET 2023 exam cities online at manipal.edu. The candidates were able to select their choice of exam city from the list while filling out the MET 2023 application form. Based on the preferences and seat availability, the allotment of MET 2023 exam centres was done. However, it was to be noted that due to circumstances, the candidates had the possibility to not be allotted a centre in their first preference. 

Candidates will be able to check the details regarding their allotted MET exam centre through the admit card. Information regarding the allotted centre address, exam date, timings and more will be made available on the MET admit card. Candidates will be advised to check the details regarding their allotted exam centre carefully and to visit the venue once before the examination so that they are familiar with the area. The MET admit card has to be produced at the exam centre.

For 2022, cut off was 63078 for the General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) courses at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, Manipal Academy of Higher Education. NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Out of 78 MD/ MS graduates, 67 were placed during Kasturba Medical College Mangalore placements 2021. This makes the placement rate almost 86%. Earlier, 41 out of 51 MD/ MS students were placed during the 2020 placement session, which means 80% of students were placed.According to the report,  192 MBBS and 122 MD/MS students were placed during  placements 2022. The median package offered to MBBS and MD/MS students stood at INR 8.4 LPA and INR 15.6 LPA,  respectively.
