It is moderate for an average student because there are lots of questions that you have to answer in just 2 hours.

Ofcourse, for Home state students fees is about Rs 30000 a year.

You can't get CSE or mechanical with this score. You will get some lower branches like IP, PMT and ICT.

No, you can't get CS with this rank. CS is available for people with rank less than 1500.
