Does the fees of mechanical engineering include all the costs of staying and other facilities provided?

No it doesn't. Staying and hostel charges are extra. Food is almost Rs 40k for a year and depending on which hostel you take, the cost is accordingly. A double Non-AC is almost Rs 50k for a year and a double AC is around Rs 80k for a year.

If she is interested in Aeronautical, it is a good college to come to. There are a lot of facilities and the academic environment is very good for the growth of students.

MIT, Manipal is a reputed college in the field of mechanical engineering. M.Tech thermal from MIT can be a first stepping-stone for educational career. But for long term educational career, you are advised to plan Ph.D also.

Manipal's aeronautical department is very good. The professors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Every professor is working on some or the other research topic and the students can chose the research topic of their interest.

Yes it is. Of course it is. There's a saying in Manipal, there's everything for everyone and it seriously is true. Be it dramatics, dance, acting, making a formula car, making an ATV, making a solar car, robotics, driverless car, you name it and it is there in MIT. The town in itself is growing day by day. New brands and food joints open every now and then and the people here are simple and calm and helpful. Trust me you won't regret not even once joining this college. Apart from this the infrastructure of the college is amazing and if you are I to research work, this place is really good. There are well equipped labs but yes all the faculties aren't that great. But it's college afterall, you have to study on your own.
