Yes you will definitely get a seat in any of the campus. Regarding the branch I think you will get upto electronics and communication and you might get upgraded to computer science in the internal sliding.

Every year varies. But if you have a rank somewhere between 4000 to 4500, you should get it.

Don't have much hopes. You might get it. In my batch, cut off went upto approximately 5000. But I think that college has increased the intake. So you might get it. But don't keep much hopes.

Yes, there are a few seats for diploma students in every branch. You can apply for it through the lateral entry forms available on the Manipal University website.
