Yes you are eligible you can apply also 2 years or more of work experience gives you an added advantage in terms of job opportunities related to your field.

It's just a myth that MIT's fees is quite too much. But the truth is that it's the same for every private college. If one can't get into a government college then he/she can't whine about the fees. And as far as the question of college being worth, I believe it is. You have a lot of opportunities in this college. There are a lot of facilities in this college too. I would agree that the level of education is not as high as IITs or NITs but that is the same in all the colleges. In the end it all depends on you how you want to study.

How is MU-OET rank calculated? Do they consider class 12th marks while calculating the rank?

No. MUOET ranks are based only on the Manipal Entrance Exam. 12th marks are not considered.

I don't think you'll get Aeronautical. The cutoff goes somewhere around 100.

It's difficult to get automobile but you might get Aeronautical. With a score of 90/200 your rank shall be somewhere between 10000-15000.
