NIT-Hamirpur has two newly constructed boys hostels i.e, The Himadri and Himgiri Boys Hostels.
Himadri Hostel: There are four blocks in the hostel and one separate facility block for students activities. The hostel has 212 (triplet) rooms to accommodate approximately 615 students and three guest rooms. This hostel has furnished dining hall facility. The hostel is well-equipped with basic facilities like geysers (hot and cold water) in every bathroom, besides installation of RO and water cooler on every residential floor.
Himgiri Hostel: The Hingiri Boys Hostel (Mega Hostel) is the newly constructed hostel. The hostel has 198 (triplet) rooms to accommodate approximately 594 students. The hostel has 05 floors and lift facility is also available in the hostel. This hostel has a furnished dining hall facility. The hostel is well-equipped with basic facilities like geysers in every bathroom, water cooler, and deep freezer.
