Yes you will be able to get admission into an NIT, preferably the one that is your home state. You have not mentioned your home state so I can't say with 100% surety. But a rank that good with ST quota should compensate for your very low marks

Well it will be difficult getting in this college. Based on your marks, your JEE rank would be 300000-400000. This is very far behind even though you have the SC quota. NITH will be difficult to get into, in any branch.

No. You will have to get more marks to get into the college. Your rank will be around 3,00,000 which is very very low. Last year cut-off rank was around 10,000. Study hard and get better marks in JEE Mains.
