The cutoff trend for BTech +M.Techin Mining Engineering at NIT Rourkela has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under General category for all India quota was 35458. In 2022, it increased to 53000. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 54879 to 68996 for OBC, 7721 to 6365 for SC, 6415 to 193470 for ST. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

For last year, the closing rank for BTech in Ceramic Engineering was 41669 which is very close to this range. This was for General category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission. However, the cut offs keeps changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to BTech in Ceramic Engineering at NIT Rourkela.

Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 26823 and 74273. Admission to Integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Physics in NIT Rourkela - National Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under the General category for all India quota was 48630. In 2022, it decreased to 41669. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 59378 to 52928 for OBC, 147690 to 140794 for SC, 208976 to 143477 for ST, 55149 to 54081 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for Engineering education in India continues to grow. A similar cut-off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
