Now if your home state is Odisha, then there is most probably chance that you can get there and infact with god branch, but if you are from other state, then there is little bit low chance from previous one but maximum possibility is that you can get seat there but in this case branch may be not of your choice.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges of IIITs, GFTIs and other good private colleges as your score is quite good, as there are colleges that better than NIT Rourkela.
