There are quite fewer chances for you to get CSE in that NIT.
6 years ago I sequre 53% in 12th and my JEE Main rank is 19126 in sc category. Can I elegible for NIT rourkela?

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs. Students who get more than 99.3 percentile can only get admission in NITs.

You can get CSE in Eastern side NITs or in NIT-Srinagar or may be in NIT-Jalandhar.
