First of all congratulations, with 81.87 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and a good score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in NIT Rourkela - National Institute of Technology (NITRKL), but can get admission in other good private colleges.

Getting computer science engineering in NIT Rourkela with this score is difficult. Therefore, I will suggest you to apply for the branches like IT, civil, electrical and electronics also to get a seat in this college. You might get CSE in second or third round.
