Chances look good enough as minimum 40 percentile is required for admissions. Placements have been average at NITs, so choose accordingly.

With good knowledge, you can crack these exams. Although, there are students in IIT, who scored 60 to 70% in SSC.

Both are good. You can get placed in a good firm if you opt for B.Tech in CSE from any of the two institutes.

Yes you can get NIT Hamirpur. You might not get CSE but you can get Electrical, Chemical and Civil here. The cut-offs for those were in between 16000 to 24000 category rank for other state. If your AIR is 21600 then your category rank should b
