No, there is no free admission on JEE basis. You may get concession in managment fees in REVA University.

There's no such free seat. You can get a seat under government quota if your CET rank is below 18k for General and below 26k for reserved categories.

I understand your concern, for 2020 academic year kindly apply in March 2020. Admission guidelines will roll out in December 2019 for REVA University.
