Q:   Can I get direct admission in REVA University?

A: 

No, direct admission is not valid to any of the UG/ PG courses at Reva University. Admission to Reva University courses are entirely entrance-based. Students are selected based on a valid score of REVA CET exam, which is conducted at the university-level for admission to all courses. Candidates either have to qualify for REVA CET or submit the scores of any other relevant entrance exam at the time of registering for their desired courses.

Beautiful green college in Karnataka.
Placements: 60% of students were placed in our course, which had 2023 pass-out students. The highest package was 40 CTC and the lowest was 6 LPA. Companies like Flipkart, Games Today, Blink It, Swiggy, Nokia, and ABB hired for roles in data analysis, AI-specific positions, data visualization, and also offered internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities are friendly, and they mingle with students very comfortably. They also teach us how to get placed both within the campus and outside. The quality of food is very good; it is delicious and healthy, and the waiters are friendly and supportive of other activities.
Faculty: In our college, all teachers are doctoral degree holders, which means they are well-experienced, with 5-6 years of experience. For every two semesters, they take us on industrial visits to ISRO, Nokia, Microsoft, and tech hubs. The semester exams are a mix of easy and tough questions, depending on the students.
Other: I chose the AIML course because I like software and AI, which inspires me about this course. Currently, I don’t see any need for improvement as everything is going smoothly.

The college infrastructure is something highlighting in the whole college community.
Placements: The percent of student placed is almost 80-90%. The highest package is around 48 LPA. Lowest around 3 LPA. Average is somewhere around 8 LPA. There is TCS, Microsoft, HCL, Infosys, etc. Almost all the students have to do internship in above companies.
Infrastructure: The campus is almost 40 acres and has almost every facility you could want. There are hostels, a food court, cafeterias, a gym, a laundry, a playground, auditoriums, Wi-Fi, labs, libraries, a guest house, and more. The quality of the food in the mess is pretty good, and there are medical facilities as well.
Faculty: The course is designed pretty well for the knowledge required to get into the real world. The teachers are all professors, or even pHd-qualified. The teaching is fantastic. The curriculum is on point and very relevant. This makes the students industry ready quite efficiently. Passing the semesters is easy unless you study. Passing percent is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I had a passion for computer science since childhood. I'm enjoying this course as it progresses. Learning new things, and it gets interesting semester by semester. Practicals is the best part of my course. There is nothing to improve in particular. There are events going on throughout the year in the college. Interested candidates can register for it.

If you are searching for a fine and pleasant college environment, this is it.
Placements: If you're searching for good placements, this college isn't good enough to meet your expectations. Even I had dreams of getting great placements, but I was totally disappointed with the placements and job roles they offered for the course we prepared for. It was completely the opposite.
Infrastructure: The main highlight of the college is its infrastructure. It's one of the best I've seen and experienced. There is a mix of faculty members, most of whom are kind and friendly. There are also a lot of clubs and extracurricular activities that you can take part in, and the college encourages you to do so. Overall, it's the best college that isn't too far out of the city. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Faculty: REVA University is an eco-friendly campus, with major chunks of power operating by solar panels. It has experienced teachers and a syllabus that is up to date. They give more preference to extracurricular activities. The extraordinary building architecture and well-maintained, neat lawns are attractive features of this campus. Hostel food is not bad, and the canteen is reasonably priced. However, the mobile signal is weak in certain areas inside the campus. The fully equipped gym is top-notch. Overall, it's a good experience.

The real truth of REVA UNIVERSITY.
Placements: The placements are very good at Reva due to connections with different companies. Companies like IBM, Microsoft, TCS, HCL, etc., come to our campus for placements. The highest package was around 46 lakhs, and the lowest was 3.5 lakhs. More than 60% of students get placed in each course, but it depends on the student.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good compared to other colleges because of its green environment. Fast Wi-Fi is available, and each classroom has a strength of only 60, making it easy to be in touch with everyone. We have a separate building with four floors dedicated to the library. As I am a day scholar, I don't know much about the hostel, but I’ve heard it is quite good with hygienic food.
Faculty: The teachers here are top-notch. They are all doctorates and highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum prepares students to tackle the outside world easily with up-to-date technologies. The semester exams are a little tough, but the pass percentage is more than 85%.
Other: I chose ECE because I am interested in electronics and computers. The best thing is that we gain knowledge from both EEE and CSE students. Multiple events and fests are conducted from time to time.

Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed after opting for this course, with the highest package reaching 18 LPA. The lowest at 3 LPA, and the average around 6 LPA. Top recruiters include Infosys, IBM, and Accenture. Around 60% of students secured internships. Top roles were roles such as data analysts and AI engineers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The department has modern labs, fast Wi-Fi, and well-maintained classrooms. The library is well-stocked with relevant books. Hostels are decent, and the food in the mess and canteen is okay, though not exceptional. Medical facilities are adequate, and sports options are good.
Faculty: The teachers here are qualified and helpful, but I felt they were not very knowledgeable. Teaching quality is overall good though, with a focus on real-world applications. The curriculum is industry-relevant and prepares us well for our careers. Exams are tough but manageable. Pass percentage is 50%.
