Yes, you can get admission. NATA is not mandatory, you can get the architecture college from JEE also.

Bangalore University is Karnataka Board University. It is government university and hence it will get recognised everywhere. Reva University is a private university and newly established, so you can prefer Bangalore University. Hope this helps
