No, I don't think so. UPES-Dehradun is also one of the good colleges but it is not better than Thapar, VIT and Manipal University.

Yes, the above colleges do not participate in JoSSA counselling. And it is too late to apply for Thapar University-Patiala; but you have time to apply for PEC-Chandigarh. I mean, for it too, only a few days are left. So hurry up!

You will only get admission on the basis of 12th score if you have scored highest percentage in your board. Otherwise, JEE Mains is necessary and also some minimum score in it as well.
