Hello Rajiv
I am in the final year and speaking to you frankly the placement is dependent on the caliber of the student, university offers you the chance and many companies come in for placement and training . Plenty for all the students but it is the students that don't work hard usually don't qualify. As for the Average package till last year i would say the average was about Rs.6.6-Rs.6.9 Lac per year. Highest i remember was from Amazon.in Rs.27 Lac (cost to company). There is no need to be insecure about , the fee is high but its on you how you spend your time in college that decides your future.

It depends on your interest. In my opinion, CSE is a good branch according to the current scenario.

The GD is on modern contemporary topics. This evaluates the processs of thought and reasoning of a candidate. The interviews are built around future goals, goal clarity and career aspirations. Additionally the candidate needs to display a strong conviction for pursuing an MBA.
Surely the students with valid work experience are evaluated higher during the personal interview process.

I myself would say that after doing B.Tech Bio technologies in India one cannot hope for a very hifi job. As the branch being vast getting a masters degree is advised. Also the placement record has been 86% placement of the recent batch. That.
