thapar univ also conduct their separate entrance exam. last date is 14 may. if u wish to go for safe sude den fill dat form.

You can not get loan in Thapar for b.tech but you can get loan for doing b.tech in Thapar.

Can I pursue B.Tech in computer science from Thapar University or Delhi Technological University?

You can. For thapar you need around 7000-14000 A.I.R. in jee mains but for dtu you need 1- 8000 A.I.R. in mains. My suggestion would be to go for dru as it is one of the best college in our country to do engineering.

Criteria for scholarship depends upon college to college.
Some offers the first 25 entry the 100% scholarship, while others to the branch opener.
Roughly you need to score 90% plus in +2 and below 10000 rank in entrance.
