Yes, it is a good course with very nice professors and curriculum. But of course, you have to look into your interests as well. All courses in TISS are nice and taught by the experts from different fields, so you have to decide which course is best for you.

It has a very good scope for your kind of profile. In the TISS HRM is the one among the best course. Fortunately, they also prefer experienced candidates. You should give TISSNET exam next year by October. The syllabus for the same is available in internet.

International Placement in HR is not as common as they are in Finance, Consulting, or Analytics. Although there are companies which provide international placements in both the campuses. But, I will definitely say that both campuses are great places to study and you can go to either of them by comparing the parameters like Fees, RoI, Location, Your Own Preference, Opportunities compatible to you. Then you can make an informed choice.

As TISS NET is an online test, papers of years other than 2016 and 2017 are not available to anyone. I hope this helps.
