Review of Post Graduate Diploma in HR and Administration at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
Placements: College is best in class for providing placement support and guidance. There is a separate isolated cell for placements. In such cell offices would discuss the companies and their drawbacks also the required improvisation techniques in placement training and make it to action if required. The highest package is 35.5 LPA.
Faculty: Tata Institute of Social Sciences is a multi-campus university that should be even ranked by NIRF and enroll in various specialisations. Highly graduated and highly qualified professional teachers are appointed. They are eligible for overrated pay too. Special coaching is arranged for those students who require it. It offers various courses with higher levels of excellence coaching, placement recruitment, etc.
Other: Possibly, 5 to 6 events are conducted on the college campus to publish their college and grow their college networking to higher levels.

The lab is too large, and there is good food at the canteen.
Placements: In TISS, approximately every year, more than 1000 students from each branch are placed in good companies. Our course, EPGOC, placed 102 students this year with the highest package of 13 lacs per annum and the lowest package of 2.5 lacs per annum. More than 36 students got internships from good companies.
Infrastructure: The students have facilities to use the library, but they should first make an ID card for the library. The college issues the Library ID card, Wi-Fi facilities in the college can be used limitedly by students. The classrooms are large with comfortable benches. The hostel is near the college, provides good food, and has medical facilities.
Faculty: PG is challenging for everyone. In TISS, professors are so friendly; they also teach well and joke with students. We enjoyed TISS a lot. The teaching quality is excellent. The course is relevant to PG and the syllabus is updated. They make the students industry-ready and ensure that all knowledge of the industry is given to them. The passing percentage is 82%.
