This course of study explores a multifaceted array of topics, including but not limited to, the complexities of organizational behavior, the intricacies of employment laws, and the manifold elements of employee relations. Conversely, a TISS M.A. In HR is a postgraduate degree programme that transcends beyond the perimeters of conventional HR curriculum. It is a programme that is steeped in the social sciences, with a specialised focus on human resources. The programme is designed to imbue students with a profound understanding of the intricacies of HR management, in the context of social justice and welfare policies. The curriculum encompasses labor studies, diversity and inclusion, and an emphasis on social issues that affect the workplace. While both programs share a mutual foundation in the discipline of HR management, an MBA in HR is tailored to the intricacies of business administration, while a TISS M.A. In HR presents a unique focus on the intersection of social issues and human resources. The former concentrates on the principles of organizational management, whilst the latter places a greater emphasis on the promotion of social justice within the realm of HR management.
