If you want, you can sit for central placements but most of the students I have met from media and culture do not care about placements. Sorry, you can't give for climate even though you get enough marks. TISS is very particular in the choices you made at the time of filling application. You are only eligible to appear for the GD/PI for the courses you chose in the application based on the marks you scored in TISSNET. Added to it, TISS is very specific to the preferences you made in the application too.
