Just visit the campus with DD of the fee mentioned in the email with all the documents. Upon your choice of branch they will give you admission in B.Tech programme. The fee details is as mentioned in the mail which VIT sent you before the time

Only top rankers of VITEEE get scholarships or district toppers get a free seat. Else, if your family financial crisis is bad, then VIT offers scholarship to them too. For more details, contact the concerned campus.

For CSE branch, I would prefer you to go with any of the Institutes. As placement wise, all the campus are good.

No, VIT is just offering the course as B.Com in general. It hasn't tied up with ACCA, either you have to pursue B.Com or you have to opt CA separately.
