It's not based on 12th marks. It's totally based on entrance exams. If you want to get free seat in VIT, you need to be a district topper which makes you a start student getting 100% fee wavier.

Board percentage are not taken into consideration for VIT Admission process. VITEEE results are the sole factor responsible for your admission. If you get good rank in VITEEE you will get a seat in VIT.

No, VIT accepts only VITEEE rank. In order to take admission in B.Tech programmes you need to appear for VITEEE.

No. You won't be able to get a seat in VIT. Most of the seats get over around 40k rank. You won't be able to get a seat in any of the campus. I am sorry to break this to you.
