Which college is better among VIT, Vellore and IBS, Pune and Mumbai placement and ROI wise?

VIT Vellore. The placements are hands-down best! It's a bit costlier but still worth the cost. I am a student here in VIT and I can say it's good.

There is no such cutoff for any branch. Your admission is purely based on the result and you just need to attend the counseling based on your rank for the branch.
