VIT is the best option among these. Firstly, because of 100% placements and better placements then other colleges. It comprises of a good infrastructure as well. If you want to do higher studies as well then VIT is best option because VIT has a lot of reputation outside India as compared to other institutions.
Among SRM and KIIT, SRM is definitely the better choice. It is more like VIT.

With each category admission, the fee goes higher. The first category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there is a 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, you have to pay more for that.
