No, you are not eligible for that, as this university doesn't even do that in the case of management quota also.

For VIT, it is minimum 60% marks in class 12th. For BITS, it is 75% marks.

See this exam is conducted online and there is no previous year paper is available officially, there might be some books available in the market but these books are based on the questions remembered by the aspirants after the paper.
