No, you are not eligible because the basic eligibility criteria is,
Candidate need to pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination, with minimum of 70% overall aggregate. Students must have studied Commerce / Accountancy / Mathematics as one of the subjects.

The procedure is you have to go to ARC OR FC centre which are there for help.
Then buy a kit in which there username and password for online application on the DTE website.
The second step after application form is you have to fill the option form, in which you add all the college names according to your priorities. Then you will get college according to your marks.
I have written all these basic steps and in simple language. for further information, you have visit DTE website ( type DTE in Google and visit the very first page you get ) read all the content on the website, especially cutoffs, college rankings, college names according to locations, and other categories. Always read the different dates given under notification tab.

For getting admission into BITS-Pilani M.Sc (BITS doesn't offer Biotechnology but you can try for Chemistry or Biological Sciences) Integrated first degree course, you need to appear for BITSAT examination, however, for M.Sc in Biotechnology at VIT, shortlisting is done as per qualifying exam marks and then you need to appear for an interview.
