It seems to be impossible as VIT, Vellore's last year closing rank for CSE was 7000 and students who had a rank above this are not getting CSE in Vellore campus, so you must try in any other college.

Getting admission is itself a tough one but attend the counselling. Even if you don't get VIT Vellore, you can get Bhopal and Amaravathi campuses. VIT-Chennai is also doubtful as 1-100000 ranks are called for counselling, you may get any campu
