you have to decide over the same things.
Since you will surely get NITs but don't get core branches from top 4 NITs, you have to choose between VIT and other NITs.
In my opinion you should choose NIT. But if you are hardly interested in CSE , you should take VIT.
however I am also from MP board.

i have heard that Lovely Professional University provides the scholarship upto 1.5 lakh per annum.even the university provides exposure to various technical events like International Go-Kart Championship(IGKC),Electric Solar Vehicle Championship(ESVC) ,American Society OF Mechanical Engineers(ASME) etc.even the university students gets the opportunity to represent country in international events
