difficulty level is a bit less than Jee main.
And there is no meaning of cut off,
if you can score 65+ , you can get it.

Obviously it's government colleges. First try for govt college if you fails then look for private colleges in Rajasthan.
There are several colleges in my knowledge where you can get your admission.
9 years ago I got phase 2 counselling in VIT with 86765 ranking. Am I eligible for B.Tech? If yes, can you suggest for which branch?

You just need to pass their minimum criteria for admission i.e 60% in PCM. Apart from that your board marks don't matter
