Can I get an admission in iiit Hyderabad or IIT Chennai or NIT trichy. If I have 421 marks in CBSE board.

No, you are not able to get admission on basis of CBSE board marks. You have give JEE Mains for IIIT and JEE Advanced for IIT.

It would be approximately rank under 5K for IIT madras. But same cannot be assured for a B.Tech CSE as that is the most popular branch and cut off goes quite high. As an alternative check for some other equally good colleges like ANNA, SAST

Don't compare them on the basis of the package. Do whatever you really want to, else after joining wrong course will make you regret whole life. Although I will suggest to for IIM whatever you get, rest is your choice.

IIT Graduates who have obtained a CGPA of 8 and above on 10 are exempted from the CAT score. So your academic profile is good enough for DMS IIT Madras for MBA course. The expected CAT cutoff for DMS IIT Madras for MBA is above 98. Hence, you have to score above this.

As per the syllabus of Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech in Biological Engineering at IIT Madras, The calculus, Physics, Computational Engineering/Thermodynamics, Engineering Mechanics, Mathematics and Basic Electrical Engineering are studied from Ist to 4th semester. So, Mathematics is needed here for better understanding. While from 5th semester and onward the core subjects are started so Maths is not needed here.
