At the undergraduate level, IIT Madras offers BTech, BS & MS Dual Degree, BTech & MTech Dual Degree and BSc courses at the undergraduate level. IIT Madras admission process includes the application process, selection round, cutoff, merit list and counselling. The step-wise admission process is given below:
Step 1: IIT Madras Application Process
Candidates seeking admission at IIT Madras are required to complete the application form for the course-specific entrance exam. For example, for BTech, candidates are required to apply for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced application. Similarly, for the MSc, IIT JAM application form is required to be completed.
Step 2: Selection Rounds
IIT Madras admits students to BTech courses on the basis ofJEE Main and JEE Advanced scores. Candidates are allotted seats in JoSAA Counselling for BTech, BTech-MTech (Dual Degree) and BS courses.
