No, the lateral entry is not possible in IIT and NIT, it is only possible In regional government and national private college.

Cutoff usually change with year don't focus much on that, it's usually under 500. Focus on giving your best try for now later there will be sufficient time for you to search your options and get best out of it.

IIT's do not give lateral admission but accept diploma as equivalent to class 12th and give admission. Hence, if you have scored 75% or more in your Diploma then you can appear for JEE Mains and then JEE advanced for admission.

No, you are definitely not eligible. You have to have Physics for 4 semester and Mathematics for 2nd semester in B.Sc. There is no restrictions on +2 subjects.
