Yes, IIT Madras does accepts CAT score for admission to MBA level programmes. A valid CAT score is required to pass the selection process of IIT Madras like any other MBA Institution. CAT 2023 exam date was November 26. CAT 2023 registration had commenced from August 2 at the official website and the last date to apply was Sep 13, 2023. The required fee for the CAT exam is INR 2,300 to INR 2,400 for General category candidates and from INR 1,150 to INR 1200 for Reserved category candidates. Applicants have to pay the fee at the time of form filling. The application form is not accepted without the payment of fees.

There is a rigorous selection criteria set for the same which is inclusive of a valid score in CAT exam, students' past academic performance, performance in PI round, etc. For E-MBA and PGPEX-VLM, however, admission is offered based on the score in the entrance exam conducted by the institute.
