If a student withdraws before the commencement of the course, the entire fee will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/-
If a student withdraws after the commencement of the course but before the end of the first month, 90% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the first month but before the end of the second month, 80% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the second month but before the end of the third month, 70% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the third month but before the end of the fourth month, 60% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the fourth month but before the end of the fifth month, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the fifth month but before the end of the sixth month, 40% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the sixth month but before the end of the seventh month, 30% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the seventh month but before the end of the eighth month, 20% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the end of the eighth month, no refund will be made.
It is also mentioned that the refund will be made after deducting the hostel and mess charges, and other dues, if any.
