That depends totally on what you are looking for in a college. A college is good or bad according to one's needs. If you are looking for placements, they are great in NSIT. The faculty and infrastructure are not so good. Rest depends on you.

If you get under 10000 then may be you can get admission in branches like me,mpar,ice,bt. But i am not sure if you are even eligible to appear for JEE-main 2017 .kindly check.

You need to appear for JEE-mains and boards. The rank is calculated based on the normalised scores in these exams. Admission to NSIT depends upon this rank. After this rank is declared, you need to register on the JAC portal which gives admiss
