You can get metallurgical in mnit jaipur, mining engineering at vnit nagpur, biotechnology or ceramic engineering at nit rourkela etc.

You cannot get CSE in NSIT though you may get some other branch here. Good NITs like Surathkal, Trichy and Warangal have an even higher cutoff. Getting CSE in NIT Delhi also seems tough. If you have given the IP entrance exams, you can get CSE

That depends totally on what you are looking for in a college. A college is good or bad according to one's needs. If you are looking for placements, they are great in NSIT. The faculty and infrastructure are not so good. Rest depends on you.

NSIT is surely a better college with far more opportunities being in heart of capital and the exposure it gives to its students. But final choice depends on the course you want to pursue as you have to stick with it for lifetime.
