The 12th grade is not directly taken into account for admission by NSIT.To have a chance in the General category with 60% in the 12th grade, you would need a JEE Main rank below 500.NSIT and DTU ask for an aggregate of 60% or more in PCM and passing them along with English in 12th, so yes you're eligible for them. IIITD, on the other hand, demands 80%. These are for general category. To apply, a candidate should have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology with 75% marks or should feature among the top 20 percentile. For selection, the candidate has to take the JEE- Main.
