LPU does not offer a B.Sc LL.B. program, but it does provide integrated law programs like BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., and B.Com LL.B.
With 69% marks in class 12th from CBSE, you are fully eligible to apply for these 5-year integrated law courses. The basic requirement is around 60% with English, which you comfortably meet.
You can take admission through LPUNEST or based on CLAT/LSAT scores, and your percentage also makes you eligible for scholarships.
Overall, while B.Sc LL.B. is not available, you have a very good chance of getting admission into other law programs at LPU.
