Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital is not fully governmental college.
This college is run by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) .Since BMS is a governmental entity, so you can say the college is Semi-Governmental.
BMC is the municipal corporation of Mumbai which works under Government of Maharashtra. College is 2° governmental i.e., Government owns BMC and Further BMC owned Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital.

Admissions for B.E. and B.Tech programs are mainly through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling process, which takes into account the scores of the candidates from their 10th and 12th examinations.
