Since it is a regulatory body of higher education in the state, APSCHE does not award M.S. in Information Technology degrees. You have to apply for universities under APSCHE if you are interested in an M.S. in IT, such as Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University or Andhra University. Admission usually requires that one qualifies for entrance tests such as GATE, or a test set out by the university. The eligibility criteria application process, and deadlines can be obtained from the official websites of these universities.

The A.P. State Council of Higher Education, or APSCHE, is a regulatory body that oversees higher education in Andhra Pradesh, including Hyderabad. It assumes a critical role in maintaining and coordinating educational standards throughout the universities and colleges within the state. Although APSCHE enables quality education, having created many good colleges, it is only as good as the colleges under its purview. It, therefore, cannot be directly compared with other educational institutions in Hyderabad since its primary role is regulatory rather than instructional.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) itself does not directly manage placements, as it is primarily responsible for regulating and overseeing higher education institutions in the state. However, the quality of placements depends on the individual colleges and universities that fall under its jurisdiction. Many reputed institutions in Andhra Pradesh, such as the Indian Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Andhra University, and others, have strong placement records.  Tuition fees under the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education differ depending on each university or college and course, but for sure range from some peanuts to something downright expensive. As an example, going to a government-affiliated institution for undergraduate and postgraduate courses is less costly compared to private institutions because APSCHE oversees public universities. Course-specific fees; however, professional programs, like courses in engineering, management, and medicine, are steeper. Scholarships and fee reimbursement schemes in combination with financial aid are available to some eligible students,

Placements in M.Sc. colleges affiliated to Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education differ depending upon college and specialisation. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is the state-level governing body that regulates and overseers higher education institutions within the province of Andhra Pradesh, including the academic standards, curricula followed, and affiliation procedures. Since APSCHE itself is a regulatory governing body and not an educational institution, it cannot be classified as Tier 1 or Tier 2; however, the universities and colleges falling under the regulatory umbrella of APSCHE vary in quality from Tier 1 to Tier 2. Some affiliated institutions are granted Tier 1 status as they have a prestigious record of research output a
